1. About FactRated

FactRated is a free product comparison and research service. It organizes and presents product information obtained from public, official and/or authorized third-party data sources and may calculate derived displays such as rankings, percentiles, normalized units and side-by-side comparisons.

FactRated is intended to help users research products. It is not a seller, manufacturer, testing laboratory, warranty provider or professional adviser.

2. No guarantee of completeness or accuracy

We take reasonable steps to normalize and present source data consistently, but product information can be incomplete, delayed, changed, incorrectly declared or affected by errors in a source system, integration or FactRated itself.

A displayed value, ranking, comparison or explanatory statement should not be treated as a guarantee that a particular product will perform identically in an individual user's circumstances.

Before making an important purchasing, repair, safety or compatibility decision, users should verify relevant information with the official source and/or manufacturer.

3. Standardized data is not a personal recommendation

FactRated may rank products by a specific measurement, such as battery endurance, battery-cycle durability or repairability. A high position in one ranking does not mean that the product is the best overall choice for every user.

FactRated does not provide an overall product score in the initial service and does not promise that any particular weighting of product characteristics is objectively correct.

4. Third-party sources and links

FactRated may use or link to third-party or public data sources and may display authorized third-party product media. Those services and websites are controlled by their respective operators. Their availability, accuracy, content and terms can change independently of FactRated.

A link to an external source does not imply endorsement of FactRated by that source or endorsement of the external service by Premium ADV.

5. Free service and availability

FactRated is provided free of charge. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent availability.

The service may be unavailable, delayed or partially functional because of maintenance, software defects, network problems, server failures, source-data outages, integration failures, security incidents or circumstances outside our control.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features or data sources where reasonably necessary.

6. Data loss and technical errors

We use reasonable operational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee that data, cached source records, derived calculations or service state will never be lost, corrupted or temporarily unavailable.

Where a technical failure is detected, FactRated may continue serving the most recent known-good cached data until synchronization resumes.

7. User submissions

If you use the contact form or Feedback Hub, do not submit unlawful material, credentials, confidential information that you are not authorized to share, or content that infringes another person's rights.

Feedback may be used to diagnose problems and improve FactRated.

8. Intellectual property

The FactRated name, site design, original editorial content, software, organization of content and original presentation are protected to the extent provided by applicable law.

Third-party data, trademarks, images and other materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners/sources.

You may use FactRated for normal personal or business research. Automated extraction, republication or systematic copying that breaches applicable law, source terms, technical restrictions or FactRated's rights is not authorized merely because a page is publicly accessible.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Premium ADV is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or purely economic loss arising from reliance on incomplete or incorrect product information, inability to access the free service, interruption of third-party sources or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms when the service, data sources or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.
